MAT PILATES

I teach 3 different Mat Pilates classes each week:

Beginners, All-Levels, + Intermediate/Advanced. Here we will get a full body workout while focusing on areas like our core and hip flexors. Which is so important to keep strong with CMT.

ABOVE THE WAIST

We’ll be focusing on upper body and core movements. In this class we will be using resistance bands and getting a killer arm and ab workout! All moves can be done in a seated position, so this class is perfect if you’re in a wheelchair, recovering from an injury, or have poor balance.

I do not teach this class, but the instructor who does is pretty incredible. She will help adapt anything you may struggle with and alway encourages you to listen to your own body.  We offer 2 classes a week:

Beginner/Gentle + All Levels Hatha.
